Here's Your T10 Shopping List 📝

Happy you decided to take a look at some of my fav finds. First, what is T10? "T" is for "Tiffanie" and 10 for, well, 10. Nothing too crazy going on there. 🙃 Every month for my Snatch Sessions coaching membership, I send members 10 product / resource recommendations. Here's one of the lists for you - to keep your fitness journey interesting and to keep evolving.

Each has photos and a description why it made the list 👌🏾 The food recommendations also include food labels (if warranted). Some products include affiliate links (from either my Amazon shop or other sources).

But as I always say and promise, I never recommend anything I don't truly believe will help you with your goals, haven't see work for clients, and/or haven't tried myself. Take a look and see if anything moves you 😉

food: favs, swaps, hacks

1️⃣ Fiber One Thin Sandwich Rolls

Fiber! I've said it over and over. It is one of the secrets sauces of nutrition. By definition it is a carb that can't be broken down by the body - which means it keeps you fuller, longer. The more high fiber your diet, the better. And most people don't get half of the recommended values. This bread is not only high in fiber, but it tastes good AND it's only 90 calories. For both sides. Yes they are thin, but they are filling and great for sandwiches. I use them almost daily. a SUPER fav of mine. 😁

2️⃣ BodyArmor Lyte

Do you find your water consumption becoming boring? A lot of people feel this way - and it's one of the reasons people will say they don't drink as much water as they'd like (other than having to pee all the time - I know, it's a whole thing 😩). Well one of my favorite hacks is to mix it up and blend my water with "other" drinks. 👌🏾

These BodyArmor Lytes are one of my go tos when it comes to blending. And I say blending because I don't drink an entire one. I mix it with sparkling water usually. Mostly because I find them to be too sweet, but if you do like sweet drinks as whole, this is a great sub for other juices and sodas!

Just make sure its the LYTE version. They only have 20 calories (as opposed to the 120 in the regular version). Check them out here.

3️⃣ Fit Crunch Protein Bars

I've pretty much settled on these as my favorite protein bar - and many clients have agreed. It tastes just like a candy bar - created by a real chef and everything. With 16 grams of protein and 190 calories (less than a lot of other bars), it's a pretty good protein bar option. I do with it has juuuust a tad more protein (that would make them perfect), but I'm definitely on board with these. Check them out here.

4️⃣ Olivio Butter Spray

Game changer. While "fake" butter won't do you much good for many serious baking items, it can be used for everything else. Real butter packs tons of calories, fat, cholesterol, etc. Olivio and other butter substitutes? None of it. Really good on bread / toast. I even use it for a lot of the fish recipes that call for butter (depending on what's needed and other ingredients). At 0 calories, you're cutting out a lot of problems here. Even if it's just now and then.

5️⃣ Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt

I eat this pretty much every day. 🍨 15 grams of protein and only 100 calories! I use it for both a sweet tooth fix by adding granola, fruit, walnuts, or any combo of the three. And as a post workout snack if I don't want a full meal. At 15 grams, it's at the bottom of my 15 grams rule, but after adding all the stuff, it hits the 20 grams line. And just a side note, always opt for Greek yogurt over the other stuff. Your typical yogurt doesn't have the protein and other nutrients it has.

6️⃣ Etekcity Digital Food Scale

A food scale should be one of your first purchases if you're serious about embarking on a fitness journey - for any goal, but especially weight loss. Since caloric deficit is the end all, be all for weight and fat loss, getting familiar with your food portions is needed. Also, while many people claim they are tracking calories, often not the CORRECT calories because the portion sizes are off. ⚖ The food scale eliminates all the guessing. And they are under $20 so there's no excuse not to get one. This is the exact one I have. I love it! Click here for Amazon link.

7️⃣ Fitbit Charge 4

I swear by it and as I've mentioned many times, I credit fitbit with helping me lose the 15 pounds I gained a few years ago. It tracks your entire fitness life and once you get in the hang of it, it's hard to let go. ⌚

I'm including the Charge 4 because it's the newest one (and I usually go with a "get the newest version" route when the price isn't a big difference). I still have the charge 2 (got it in 2017) so that's a testament that they last. You'll have to invest $100 (or more) bucks for it, but once you get it, it's done. And there's no better investment in your fitness journey. Click here for Amazon link.

8️⃣ FITTIN Racerback Sports Bras

We need the support, don't we? 🙃 While I have admittedly (and visually) not had the most secure sports bras during some workouts, I surely do appreciate the ones that do. 😆 Sports bras with these kinds of backs and straps are always the winners. This is especially helpful if you're blessed to have a lot of fat in one of the few areas of the body we want to keep! They have small to 3X and you get 3 for under $27! Click here for link.

9️⃣ Eat This Not That!

This book serves as a reality check to what is really going on. once of the best nutrition books available if you ask me. And gives lots of insights on how to "do better". 📗 (so much so  that I dedicate whole YouTube videos to pages in this book!)

It focuses a lot on fast food and restaurant ordering - making it a great book for anyone who finds eating out a weakness. I will of course use this opportunity to remind you that it will be very hard to lose weight eating out all the time. Cooking and measuring is the only way you are guaranteed to not only know how many calories and portions your food has, but just as importantly to know for sure what is in it. 🤎 Click here to learn more.

1️⃣0️⃣ Insight Timer

Again, if you view my stories, you know I'm a HUGE meditation advocate. I'm sure people think I'm over exaggerating when I say meditation has changed my life. But I'm not. Regardless how it may seem, I'm the type of person that had to (and well still do) work for happiness. And once I started meditation, everything started working out - love life, money, focus, you name it.

It's free! Why wouldn't you do it? And there are guided meditations - meaning you get to listen to a teacher's guidance - and on any subject you can imagine. Last, even though people think it's about stopping your thoughts, it's not. It's about being aware of them - and getting moments of calm. Start with 5 min or less ones and/or beginner's practices if you find it hard. Download the app and start clearing that mind sis!
