Tiff's Shopping List 📝
I regularly send my Snatch Sessions coaching membership product / resource recommendations. Here's a starter list for you - to keep your fitness journey interesting and to keep evolving.
Each has photos and a description why it made the list 👌🏾 The food recommendations also include food labels (if warranted). Some products include affiliate links (from either my Amazon shop or other sources).
But as I always say and promise, I never recommend anything I don't truly believe will help you with your goals, haven't see work for clients, and/or haven't tried myself. Take a look and see if anything moves you 😉
And even though it doesn't include explanations / breakdowns and grocery items, you can also check out my Amazon Favorites shop here. 🛒
food: favs, swaps, hacks
1️⃣ Fiber One Thin Sandwich Rolls
Fiber! I've said it over and over. It is one of the secrets sauces of nutrition. By definition it is a carb that can't be broken down by the body - which means it keeps you fuller, longer. The more high fiber your diet, the better. And most people don't get half of the recommended values. This bread is not only high in fiber, but it tastes good AND it's only 90 calories. For both sides. Yes they are thin, but they are filling and great for sandwiches. I use them almost daily. a SUPER fav of mine. 😁

2️⃣ Amazon Elements Grass Fed Whey Protein
There's a lot of debate about protein powders and supplements 💪🏾 - whether they should be used at all to which ones are best. And what kind (whey, casein, plant). All in all it's a personal choice, but this is what we use. Our main reason: it has no cholesterol. The best protein source will always be from "real food", but we love our shakes - we mix them with real fruit and veggies. Click here for Amazon link.
3️⃣ Belvita Protein Soft Baked Biscuits
Staying on protein, I'd like to make the point not all protein is created equally and you can use them for different purposes. For example, I eat these for breakfast a lot. 🍪 At just 10 grams of protein, I'd never use them as a post workout protein source, BUT they are a superior alternative to nutrient empty breakfast choices. So will keep you fuller than your average cereal or other "cake" for breakfast. They come in many flavors. Click here for Amazon link.
4️⃣ Olivio Butter Spray
Game changer. While "fake" butter won't do you much good for many serious baking items, it can be used for everything else. Real butter packs tons of calories, fat, cholesterol, etc. Olivio and other butter substitutes? None of it. Really good on bread / toast. I even use it for a lot of the fish recipes that call for butter (depending on what's needed and other ingredients). At 0 calories, you're cutting out a lot of problems here. Even if it's just now and then.

5️⃣ Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt
I eat this pretty much every day. 🍨 15 grams of protein and only 100 calories! I use it for both a sweet tooth fix by adding granola, fruit, walnuts, or any combo of the three. And as a post workout snack if I don't want a full meal. At 15 grams, it's at the bottom of my 15 grams rule, but after adding all the stuff, it hits the 20 grams line. And just a side note, always opt for Greek yogurt over the other stuff. Your typical yogurt doesn't have the protein and other nutrients it has.

6️⃣ Etekcity Digital Food Scale
A food scale should be one of your first purchases if you're serious about embarking on a fitness journey - for any goal, but especially weight loss. Since caloric deficit is the end all, be all for weight and fat loss, getting familiar with your food portions is needed. Also, while many people claim they are tracking calories, often not the CORRECT calories because the portion sizes are off. ⚖ The food scale eliminates all the guessing. And they are under $20 so there's no excuse not to get one. This is the exact one I have. I love it! Click here for Amazon link.
7️⃣ Nice C Adjustable Dumbbell Weights
Adjustable weights save you time and money in the end. While they cost more upfront, they save you the effort of having to increase your dumbbell weight over and over - as you progress and get stronger. 🏋🏾♀️ The exact ones I use in all my videos are super over priced right now at over $200 (I spent less than $100) so I guess this Nice C brand is filling a need. They just popped up recently and look like a favorable alternative. Under $100, the exact same weight adjustment as the ones I have, and great reviews. Click here for Amazon link.
8️⃣ FITTIN Racerback Sports Bras
We need the support, don't we? While I have admittedly (and visually) not had the most secure sports bras in some videos, I surely do appreciate the ones that do. Sports bras with these kinds of backs and straps are always the winners. This is especially helpful if you're blessed to have a lot of fat in one of the few areas of the body we want to keep! They have small to 3X and you get 3 for under $27! Click here for Amazon link.

9️⃣ A Year of Living Consciously -
by Gay Hendricks
If you have ever checked out my Instagram Stories, this one is nothing new because I post it everyday. It's one of my favorite books - and I read it year after year. It covers a lot of soul searching, relationships, personal struggle, awareness, etc. It should be part of the book collection of anyone into self development. Click here for Amazon link.

1️⃣0️⃣ Insight Timer
Again, if you view my stories, you know I'm a HUGE meditation advocate. I'm sure people think I'm over exaggerating when I say meditation has changed my life. But I'm not. Regardless how it may seem, I'm the type of person that had to (and well still do) work for happiness. And once I started meditation, everything started working out - love life, money, focus, you name it.
It's free! Why wouldn't you do it? And there are guided meditations - meaning you get to listen to a teacher's guidance - and on any subject you can imagine. Last, even though people think it's about stopping your thoughts, it's not. It's about being aware of them - and getting moments of calm. Start with 5 min or less ones and/or beginner's practices if you find it hard. Download the app and start clearing that mind sis!
