Snatch Sessions Live Workout FAQ!
Hey there. Snatch Sessions Live is my in the moment, sign up for the date/time strength and interval training sessions.
They are created in a format that alternates muscle groups and combinations to avoid plateau and provide real (and faster!) results.
Below are some FAQ for the sessions:
How often are the sessions held?
I currently hold 1-2 per week (usually 1) - mostly in the evening on weekdays. I post dates on a regular basis to keep you informed.
What are the workouts like?
I operate all my programming around a muscle group rotation I call push/leg/pull/core. I do combinations of these 4 different aspects and no combination of the week are the same for the entire month. This maximizes fat burn. I also use a hybrid model that pair the muscle group training with interval training. That super maximizes fat burn.
And all of my workouts are COMPLETELY original. I do programming on a regular basis - and never repeat the same workout twice!
Why are packages offered in sessions instead of monthly?
This works better for people. Everyone is on their own schedule so the packages offer flexibility. Getting the 10 pack discount works if you want to do it regularly anyway.

How long do I have to use the packages?
The first time free and single workout has to be used within one month of sign up. The 10 sessions within 4 months. So plenty of flexibility there.
Are these personal training sessions?
No these are not one on one sessions. They are online training sessions. So I won't be checking personally. There will be interaction after to answer questions (workouts or nutrition) - as time allows.
Do you accept refunds?
No. Due to the fact I have to mostly set up each session manually, it gets messy removing people and sending refunds. As mentioned above, though, you have flexibility in scheduling. And can cancel a session up to 2 hours before they start.
Anything else?
While incorporating any amount of sessions will serve you, consider getting the 10 session package and joining at least 2 sessions per week. I craft each workout in alignment with the others. So this will really optimize your workouts and help you with your results. And this is a genuine recommendation. I'm not just saying it to take your money. 🙃
