Welcome to Body Snatched. I'm Tiffanie, ACE certified personal trainer - and your body snatcher ;) Fitness is my thing and Body Snatched is my outlet to share my passion with and help you. It's based around and motivated by a few things:
1. people are dying. Not to be grim, but it's true: And most of the things we're dying from (chronic diseases, heart attack, stroke, etc) can be prevented with exercise and better nutrition.
2. getting the body you want - because when a woman looks good, she feels good. And when a woman feels good, she can conquer the world. Here's to getting snatched!
3. balance is key - not only when it comes to mind, body and spirit, but also when it comes to having fun in life (and working fitness around your life as opposed to letting fitness dominate your life)
4. educating is just as important as participating - i.e. knowing why you're doing a workout and how it applies to your specific goals is more important that just doing the workout.
