These sessions are live workouts in which I coach (and work out with you - I put in the work too 😉) the entire time in an allotted time slot. Each one is different and there's lot of variation of options for you to sign up for. They typically run 30-40 minutes.
Workouts are done via Zoom but you do not have to be on screen unless you want. I will be participating while training and will be pinned on the screen.

Workouts are added to the schedule regularly on a rolling basis. There is usually one workout listed and once completed, the new one is added. All are posted 2-3 days in advance so check back in.
